A one-hour one to one session, where I help busy female professionals who have energy dips throughout the day, who often crave sugar and gained weight, to get their energy and normal weight back by teaching small and easy to implement healthy hacks that will make you feel less hungry and tired and enable your body to burn fat again.


My hacks won’t have you count calories, feel hungry, spend hours in the gym and ban foods you like. It will enable you to reach healthy energy levels and weight in a sustainable way.


During my Health Makeover hour, we will


(A) evaluate your current eating habits, so you can understand what is going well and what needs some adjustment.

(B) investigate your working, eating, exercising, and sleeping schedule, so that we ensure the healthy hacks fit into your busy schedule and your overall schedule ensures a good circadian rhythm for an optimal metabolism.

(C) teach you hacks to implement, so that you know exactly what to do to see long term results.

Blood sugar analysis

Keeping our blood sugar levels stable during the day isn't only important for people with diabetes type 1 and 2, but for everyone. Our blood sugar levels have a lot of impact on our health and well-being on the short and long run. 

Almost 90% of people regularly make sugar peaks and these sugar peaks will make you eat more, make you store fat, block weight loss, make you feel tired, negatively impact your skin health and can cause cardiovascular decease and diabetes on the long run (this list can even go-on longer).

This service includes:
- 60 minutes take in session
- Glucose sensor
- Two 30 minutes follow up session

You will wear a glucose sensor for two weeks that will allow you to learn how your body reacts on food and how to stabalize your blood sugar levels. In the follow up sessions I will help you interpretate the data from the sensor and to implement changes to flatten the curve.
