We will take the first steps to get your health back into your busy schedule. I can get the best results for people who: ...want to have a healthier relationship with food and/or themselves, without fully given up on foods they like. ...want a good work/life balance, with more room for a healthy lifestyle, but need a hand to review their busy schedule to get their health back on the agenda. ...are willing to implement long lasting changes that result in a sustainable healthy lifestyle and weight loss ...are looking for someone who will help navigate into the direction THEY want to go, rather than someone who gives a plan with a fixed destination. ...who are comfortable looking into their mindset when it comes to food choices and willing to change “rules” that they have set for themselves over time. However I usually CANNOT help people who: ...would prefer to get a one fit all meal plan ...aren’t ready to make changes in their eating habits or busy schedules ...like to count calories or restrict their diet to speed up weight loss ...believe that loosing weight is the only criteria in their journey towards the healthiest version of themselves ...aren’t comfortable analysing their mindset and willing to tweak some rules that they created for themselves over time.
